No worries, it might be possible to cancel (or amend) your order as long as the dealer has not already routed the delivery or completed the delivery. Please email us here and we’ll handle the rest! We just need the order number, your name and zip code and the reason for the cancellation and we’ll get to it as quickly as possible! Then all we have to do is wait for the dealer to confirm the cancellation. The dealer has to confirm the cancellation before it’s full steam ahead!
Once it’s all confirmed it can take up to a week for your money to go back to your card. Happy days!
The not so sunny bit, we do reserve the right to retain a reasonable amount as an administration fee, in addition to any fees that may be charged by the dealer (rarely happens but we do need to mention it).
