Weird! It’s usually sent to the email address you entered when you set up your account. No worries though! That’s what we’re here for. If you could check your ‘My Details’ section and confirm your email is correct (you can also change it there). Oh and guess what? You can also see your most recent orders listed. Savvy.
Once your order is confirmed you can see the ticket on screen and this can be printed. That’s up to you though! If you can’t see your order listed, it might mean that your order didn't go through.
